Member registrations will be checked on a regular basis. Wrong registrations will be filtered and changed to non-member fees.
The registration fee includes:
– Participation in all scientific sessions
– An invitation to the Welcome Reception
– Entrance to the Exhibition
Refreshments as per times scheduled in the scientific programme
Student registrations will be granted to EAPD Student members only or students from Spain or Portugal.
Students from Spain or Portugal need to verify their student status either with a copy of their student ID card or a letter from the Head of the Paediatric Dentistry Department or the Dean of the School they study.
Students that are not members of the EAPD need to contact the EAPD Secretary Assoc. Prof. Sotiria Gizani (secretary@eapd.eu) before registering.

Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the Welcome Reception, the Gala Dinner and the exhibition.
Please note that the accompanying persons fee does not cover the Scientific Sessions.
Terms & Conditions
Registration Policy
Registration must be completed online through the congress website.
Registration fees can be paid online via credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, you may select to pay via bank transfer on the receipt of the invoice. Registration will only be considered complete on settlement of the registration fee.
If you are paying by bank transfer, please ensure payment is received by the early bird registration deadline date in order to receive this discount. If payment is received AFTER 31 MARCH 2022 the Regular registration fee will apply.
PLEASE NOTE:
Your registration is only confirmed, and entrance permitted if full prepayment is received prior to the start of the Conference or if payment is made on-site, upon arrival at registration. Please check that any transfer related charges are paid on your end.
All bank charges are for the payers account. The full amount must be received in the Conference bank account.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat at secretariat@eapdcongress.com
The percentage of refund will be:
- 80% of the fees for cancellation on or before 15 March, 2022
- 60% of the fees for cancellation between 15 March and April 15, 2022
- No refund for cancellation from 15 April, 2022 onwards.
